Vintage Platino Luxe Pantyhose, brand new in manufacturer's sealed package. Size IV-S according to the size chart on the back of the package shows them as the largest size but on the front label it says size 42-44 which is Medium, not large and indeed they are rather small when I opened one package to see them, they are definitely medium size and not large.
