This is a child's warming dish in a 3 Bears motif. It is 3 part divided in ceramic --set permanently in a metal warming pan with a spout to add hot water. Cap for the spout is included. It measures 8" to the end of each handle. It is by Excello. Bottom has some wear and there is a small dent on one see-please view the photos. Ships with USPS
