Offered for sale by Caspar’s Place is
a sterling silver liquor label or tag with “SCOTCH” spelled out in cut out letters.
It is attached to a chain which drapes over the neck of a liquor bottle or decanter.
The tag is simply marked with “STERLING”.
The maker has not been identified.
This liquor label is in good estate condition, although
with the patina of old tarnish and fine scratches to be expected with age and use.
The piece’s price reflects its condition.
This elegant liquor tag will make a lovely addition to any silver or barware collection.
The tag is very light and weighs approximately 0.095 troy ounces.
It is roughly 0.25” tall by 1.25” wide with a 4.25” chain.
