Shipping
I will do my best to fulfill processing/shipping times efficiently and will provide you with tracking information. Lost/Stolen/Damaged goods are not my responsibility. If extra insurance is desired, please let me know before the auction ends, and I will calculate the cost.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final 2 days after delivery to you unless the auction says that the sale is final. If you are not happy before that then I will refund your purchase price

Please contact me ahead of time to let me know that an item is being returned.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition within 14 days back to me, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You will have to also insure the item if returned.
Payment
I accept PayPal. Payment is due within seven days of the end of the auction, otherwise the auction may be canceled.
Disputes
Buyer consents to jurisdiction in Arizona. Arizona shall be the sole forum for any dispute resolution. I reserve the right to cancel any auction where eBay experiences any system failures within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
For International Orders
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
I DO SHIP WORLDWIDE except for China, Mexico, Central and South America, Africa and the former Soviet Union due to unreliable mail service. If you are an overseas buyer please give me your address and I will let you know the shipping costs. I normally ship USPS Global Priority for International orders. If you wish a different shipping method please contact me before the auction ends to see if this shipping method will be acceptable or not. Please do not wait until after the auction ends. Buyer pays for all shipping costs.
