Great Antique British Levi & Salaman Sterling Silver & Crystal Perfume Bottle
Made in 1909 by famous Birmingham maker Levi & Salaman, this beautiful piece features a hand cut crystal bottle, original crystal stopper and a Sterling Silver hinged lid with a light green guilloche enamel center and white enamel border.
It is sure to grace any collection.
Measures 3 5/8 inches tall x 1 1/2 inches wide/deep. Very good condition with functioning hinge and minor loss to the white enamel border; fully hallmarked.
Levi & Salaman was founded in 1870 by Phineas Harris Levi in partnership with Joseph Wolff Salaman. Proprietors from 1878 of Potosi Silver Co, the firm became Levi & Salaman Ltd in 1910. In 1921 the firm was amalgamated into Barker Brothers (Silversmiths) Ltd.
