Using the E-Z 4 in 1 de-head, scaling and gutting your pan fish with just one tool.
Fry it up using your favorite breading, now you have a fish with skin, fins and bones.
Using the Fin-clamp remove the bottom fin, just place it onto the fin and pulling it out.
Now do the same with the top fin.
We designed the tork so that the fin bones also come out [The little row of bones you fined in your fillet]
You now have a finless fish.
Now use the side prong to cut off the tail, if you don't eat it.
Using the Fish-pic insert it into the fish where the
dorsal
[top] fin had been.
Now work the pic down along the rib cage removing the fillet from the rib cage.
Repeat the same on the other side of the fish. Discard the rib cage.
Using the side prong on the Fish-pic swipe it over your fillets checking for any bones you may have missed, if you did they will pop right out.
The
advantage
of the fish-pic over a fork is the it is a little longer, wider, shaper and doesn't have that bow so you're able to get your fillet off in one piece.
