The unit turns on and depending on which membrane buttons you push the display changes readings. The main digital display has some creases and indents and a slight puncture in the outer membrane but display works well.
Obvious signs of use with dirt, scuffs, magic marker, sticker residue, scratches, nicks, etc.
This unit should be tested in order to make sure that it is accurate in all of its functions and safe to use especially since this device is used to make sure that other items are safe and are within manufacturer’s specifications and parameters. It is up to the Purchaser to make sure that this unit is thoroughly checked out and certified.
We have only powered this unit on and do not know how to properly test or certify it.
