Presenting an elegant fine swirl fluted cut crystal body surmounted with sterling silver gilded vermeil finish and patterned neoclassical repousse swirl design panels. Threaded collar and removable gilt drinking cup attached to the base.  Fully hallmarked with French Minerva 950 mark, SH cartouche for maker Henry Simon.
