Antique Vintage Silver & Cut Crystal Spirits Flask 19th Century

This is quiet a remarkable piece.  I took it to my antiques dealer for testing and appraisal. Here is information I received:
This is 19th Century.  Bottle has facets of hand cut crystal.  Gas bubbles present.  Collar is silver plated with a gold wash inside of cup.
Not hallmarked but the xrf test reveals that it is genuine silver exterior.  He called it coin silver.  It is heavy/thick.  A small chunk is removed from near the bottom (probably in a previous test) and by touch it is a thick layer of silver.
Top twists to open and seals good. There is some brass on the hardware.
Top of lid has Eagle (or other winged bird) from a likely Prussian/Baltic Crest.
Heft: 12oz
Approx measurements:  5.5" x 2.75" x 1"
Slight brown staining on inside of flask. I cleaned some of it off but could not get everything.
Minor dents on top and bottom of metal. - See photos.
