    Description

    Glass whiskey decanter with 999 fine silver overlay. Made by Alvin in New York, circa 1900. Overlay heightened with engraving in the form of heads of wheat and stalks. Neck and rim in collar as is stopper neck. Crystal clear. Pretty and functional. Hallmark includes no. 425-1
    Roughly 7 inches tall
    Even though the stopper is glass it is remarkably airtight. The hallmark is faded but the last picture shows the hallmark.
